Capoliveri has been the point of reference for mountain biking on the Island of Elba for several decades, thanks to an extensive network of dirt roads and trails around Monte Calamita, behind the town. All the trails are carefully signposted and maintained by the Capoliveri Bike Park, offering enthusiasts a safe and engaging experience.
Considered one of the three best bike areas in the world, Capoliveri has been chosen as the venue for the Italian Championships and the Mountain Bike World Championships in 2021. Every year, it also hosts the Legend Cup, a competition that attracts thousands of bikers from all over the world.
The variety of tracks allows a choice of different levels of difficulty, from easy trails to challenging black tracks, covering a total of around 150 kilometres of routes, ideal for both e-bikes and traditional mountain bikes.
